Early 2025 news: UX upgrades, improved customer checkout and more.

- We are in the process of deprecating old user experience throughout all event management pages. Registration management has been fully upgraded with new advanced search features, new on-site registration desk, and simplified statistics.

- We introduce traditional checkout flow which can be used instead of deferred registration payment for promoters that want their customers to pay immediately.

- Item capping features have been improved to prevent overbooking: the system now use temporary holds and limited checkout time to make sure that capped items are not being oversold.

We're now allowing to set total item caps on any type of registration item (ticket, competition or option), optionally including cap limits for lead/follow roles.

This way promoters can maintain role balance for workshops, competitions and certain types of tickets.

Mar 2024 updates:

- Processing fees will be shown in customer invoices

- Partial payments and partial refunds are now fully supported

- Order reconciliation will be available for situation when customer registration simultaneously has unpaid & refund items

- It is now possible to prevent customers from changing/removing paid items, instead of fully locking approved registrations
