Turiba (or Turība) is a university building complex 10min drive from Riga (RIX) airport - Graudu street 68.
It has cheap accommodation options (this time renovated), very good and cheap catering service and of course perfect premises for events like RSS.
Hall with 500m2 floor + great air conditioning + lots of comfy theatre seats + beanbags. Lots of space outside the hall.
