Run your events and workshops online.
Want to organize an online workshop, regular class, or event online? No problem! Here's how you can do it:
- Register a promoter account (it's free!), or use your existing one.
 - Create a new event in My Events section with online option enabled.
 - Set up your tickets, payment methods and other necessary things, and open your registration.
 - Set up your online schedule.
 - 1-2 days before you are ready to roll, you can set up online presence in your event dashboard.
 - Once you are ready, you may send online meeting invitations to your attendees.
 - Run your online activities. No special equipment is necessary: any HD webcam should suffice.
 
Online conferencing
You have two options to choose from: Google Meet or Zoom.
Using Google Meet:
- Completely free for you (the integration is built-in in our platform).
 - Online events are limited to 100 participants that may interact in the real time.
 - Video recording is not available.
 - Live streaming is not available.
 
Using Zoom:
- You'll need a paid Zoom account (the basic plan is $14.99/month).
 - Online events are limited to 100 participants that may interact in the real time. If you need more capacity, you'll need to upgrade your Zoom account.
 - Video recording is available on Zoom platform.
 - Live streaming is available on Zoom platform.
